Join our aviation team and help keep operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently!

We’re looking for a motivated and safety‑driven Flight Line Support Technician to support daily flight line operations and aircraft maintenance services at our University. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced aviation environment and is passionate about safety, teamwork, and excellence.

No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

In this role, you’ll support daily flight line operations and help keep aircraft safe, clean, and ready for flight:

  • Guide (marshal), park, and tow aircraft on the ramp
  • Fuel aircraft safely and accurately
  • Assist with hangar storage and ground support services
  • Help maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness
  • Inspect aircraft for visible issues and report concerns
  • Keep the ramp clean and free of debris (FOD)
  • Support safe aircraft movement for arrivals and departures
  • Operate ground equipment (we’ll train you!) like tugs and service vehicles
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
  • Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures
  • Valid driver’s license required
