Job Description
We are seeking an experienced corporate agent with an outgoing personality, great attention to detail and experience working with high-end corporate clients. This agent will accurately and expediently attend to all flight requests from our clients while always delivering high-touch and sincere customer service. This position requires tremendous experience and expertise in SABRE.
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic & international travel arrangements in Sabre
  • Manage all ticketing and airfare responsibilities
  • Work with team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients
  • Accurately prepare and distribute clients' travel itineraries
  • Provide best in class customer service that exceeds client's expectations
  • Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality and professional demeanor
  • Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours when required

Requirements
  • World-class customer service skills
  • 4+ years of flight booking experience for corporate travel
  • Expertise in SABRE - this includes but is not limited to executing seat assignments and upgrades, creating and sending itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, and MCOs and knowledge of other travel booking tools
  • Expert proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Expert record keeping skills
  • Experience in travel policy compliance
  • Willingness to continue industry training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
  • Honest, organized, energized and willing to work in a team-focused atmosphere, where the number one goal is to always "get the job done".
  • Bi-lingual is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
