Who We're Looking For
Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a
Print Operator to produce high-quality printed materials by following detailed job specifications, including equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance. This role is responsible for delivering near-photographic print quality and ensuring timely, accurate completion of all jobs.

What You Bring
We're looking for talented, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who genuinely care about their craft. A good sense of humor, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask are essential.
- Experience operating roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
- Ability to offer creative, realistic ideas for internal and client needs
- Solid working knowledge of large-format printing, finishing processes, and materials
- Consultative, team-focused approach
- Strong hands-on experience and communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with a great attitude and work ethic
- Ability to facilitate efficient job changeovers
- Process-oriented mindset to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ability to perform proofing and quality control checks
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
- Zünd (router/cutter) file setup and operational knowledge is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in large-format production
- Knowledge of material movement through the manufacturing process
- Background in Onyx or Caldera RIP software preferred
- Ability to use and read a standard tape measure
- Strong math skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to hand-cut materials using a cutting blade and ruler
- Reliable attendance to support business operations
- Occasional late-night or weekend work
- GED required
