Job description

Title: SAP SAC Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Role Overview:

Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud SAC Planning, responsible for building advanced planning data models, calculations, allocations, and supporting labor planning transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SAC planning models for labor cost, headcount, and compensation.
- Build complex calculations, allocations, and simulation scenarios e.g., inflation, merit increases.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (SuccessFactors, HR Portal, Excel, etc.).
- Enable flexible user input, grouping, and custom reporting layouts.
- Support process improvements and adoption of SAC best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure security, access control, and data refresh capabilities.
Required SkillsExperience:
- 5+ years in SAC Planning, with proven track record of successful implementations.
- Expertise in building planning data models, calculations, and allocations.
- Experience with integration of HR and financial data sources.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with SAC security, access control, and reporting features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
