Collaboration is key when restocking shelves, managing inventory on the sales floor, and ensuring products are merchandised according to store guidelines. Associates may also assist cashiers by retrieving items and help maintain store cleanliness. Strong communication and teamwork skills are important, as tasks and priorities can shift quickly based on customer needs and inventory shipments.
