Job description

Title - Nurse Practitioner( NP)| Physician Assistant ( PA)

Schedule | Monday–Friday | Flexible Start 7–8:30 a.m. | 8-Hour Days

Status - Full-time Permanent

Location: Richmond, VA



We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a weekday, full-time opportunity providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.

You’ll have the flexibility to start your day between 7:00–8:30 a.m., and after completing rounds, you’ll have the option to finish documentation from home — giving you the autonomy and balance you deserve.

This is the perfect role for an NP who wants to enjoy a consistent schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership
  • Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions
  • Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics
  • Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation
  • Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams

Education & Experience

  • Active Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
  • Current DEA Certification (Required)
  • 1+ year of NP experience preferred
  • Prior nursing background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred
