Job description

Indotronix is seeking a Senior DevTest Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hubs for our Direct client

Position Title: Senior DevTest Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Lakewood, CO

Remote/Onsite: Onsite 5 days a week

Acceptable time zone(s): EST (based on location)

Days of the week: M-F

Working Hours: 8 AM-5 PM EST (flexible based on location)

Duration: Contract to hire

Industry background:

Service virtualization within financial services is preferred. Broadcom DevTest (v10.9.x) is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Day 1 / Immediate Responsibilities

Build and configure virtual services in Broadcom DevTest based on incoming requests and defined requirements

Analyze service dependencies and translate requirements into functional virtual service models

Perform basic validation and ensure services meet performance and reliability expectations -Ongoing / Frequent Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine service virtualization use cases and improve implementations

Provide end-user guidance on when and how to leverage service virtualization effectively

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within DevTest environments -As Work Progresses / Advanced Responsibilities

Engage with Broadcom vendor support to address complex technical issues or product limitations

Enhance and optimize virtual services through custom scripting and automation

Contribute to best practices, documentation, and scaling adoption across teams

Experience required:

5-8 years

Must Have Technical Skills:

Broadcom DevTest (v10.9.x or similar)

Hands-on experience building and maintaining virtual services

Strong understanding of service virtualization concepts

Windows Server (2019 / 2022)

Experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting environments

Custom Scripting (Java, JavaScript)

Ability to extend DevTest functionality and automate service behavior

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

OpenShift

Familiarity with containerized environments and deployment pipelines

Soft Skills:

Communication Skills

Effectively gather and clarify technical and business requirements

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement

Set expectations and align teams on service virtualization value and usage

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

Diagnose issues quickly and work across teams (including vendors) to resolve them

Education/Certifications:

No formal degree or certification required

Relevant hands-on experience is the primary success factor

Interview Process:

One virtual 30 minute panel interview, second round virtual 30-45 min technical panel interview.
