Location: Frederick, MD

Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc., part of the Vexcel Imaging family, is seeking an Aerial Sensor Operator to join our aerial data collection team. If you are curious about aviation, enjoy hands-on technical work, and are open to travel, this role offers a truly unique career path.

Key Responsibilities

? Fly as a passenger in light-twin or single-engine aircraft and helicopters at varying altitudes
? Operate and monitor aerial sensor equipment during flight missions
? Download and manage imagery and flight data after each mission
? Maintain accurate flight logs and mission documentation
? Assist with installation, removal, and maintenance of airborne LiDAR and digital sensors
? Support Flight Operations and Quality Control teams as needed

Qualifications

? High school diploma required
? Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
? Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time, including up to four-week intervals
? Availability for overtime and weekend work

Preferred Skills

? Strong technical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
? Ability to assess flight conditions accurately
? Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
? Willingness to learn and improve through experience
