Flexible rotational welders often work in shifts that rotate on a set schedule, which can include nights, weekends, or variable hours. While some positions may offer flexibility within the rotation, the overall schedule is typically predetermined and may require working outside standard business hours. Flexibility depends on the employer and specific job requirements, but the role generally involves a structured shift pattern rather than complete schedule flexibility.
