Technical Program Director
Location: Hybrid In VA or NY

Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across our engineering teams in the US. You'll work closely with development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple time zones. This role requires someone who can navigate technical complexity, remove blockers, and keep distributed teams aligned.
What You'll Do
Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Manage resource allocation and task prioritization across engineering teams
  • Track progress and adjust plans based on changing requirements
  • Ensure consistent delivery cadence across multiple projects

Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Provide regular status updates to executives and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business objectives
  • Manage expectations and negotiate scope, timeline, and resource trade-offs
  • Maintain transparent communication across international teams

Team Coordination & Collaboration
  • Facilitate team meetings and status sync-ups across multiple time zones
  • Remove blockers to enable team productivity
  • Foster collaboration between development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams
  • Drive knowledge sharing and documentation across distributed teams

Risk & Process Management
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track dependencies across multiple projects and teams

What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical project management experience in software development environments
  • Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience managing projects across distributed teams and multiple time zones
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering teams
  • Experience with project management tools and documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in ad tech, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity domains
  • Experience managing infrastructure or data engineering projects
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and dependency tracking
  • Experience implementing process improvements that drive measurable efficiency gains
