Join Our Laredo, Texas Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - A Role Designed for You

Compensation:
  • Hourly rate breaks down to be $175hr as full-time. Can choose your hours per week and whether you commit to 26 or 39 weeks per year. Annual compensation will depend on weeks worked.
    • Strong commencement bonus offered.

Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 10 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.
  • The facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:
  • Now offering very flexible shift options! 8s, 10s, 12s and 24s available.
  • Avg work week can be 36 or 50 hours as desired...or more! Compensation will vary based on the number of working hours.
  • Additional call pay on top of base salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
  • Provide support for Level III trauma center cases.
  • Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.
