Join Our Day Shift Nursing Team at Maple Grove

Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Full-Time Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) team. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care while supporting a collaborative and professional clinical environment.

The RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, therapeutic nursing care and for coordinating care in collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team, in accordance with all standards of care set forth by Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee safe, therapeutic nursing care for residents in accordance with established care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with physician orders

  • Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the care team

  • Supervise, guide, and support STNAs and other nursing staff

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

  • Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and resident/family communication

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Promote resident rights, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

  • Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property per facility policy

  • Immediately report any work‑related injury to your supervisor

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality assurance, and safety standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administration
