Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role predominantly involves working with individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The Neurocognitive Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 โ€“ 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
