• Counsel clients individually via video chat, employing therapeutic techniques to foster improvement in mental health.
• Openly encourage clients to share their thoughts and emotions, aiding in their self-exploration and understanding of interpersonal relationships.

Your clients will primarily consist of adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges, allowing you to engage in meaningful conversations and create impactful treatment plans. You will focus on empowering clients to achieve their objectives in a supportive and nurturing environment.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• You must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board — provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic nature, and the ability to form trusting relationships with clients are essential.
