As a Travel Logistics Specialist, you will work with industry-leading booking platforms and suppliers to support travelers with planning, reservations, and itinerary coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages

  • Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations

  • Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets

  • Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications

  • Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel

  • Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and industry trends

  • Support clients with itinerary adjustments or travel-related questions as needed

Qualifications
