Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: March 31, 2027 (may be potential to extend)

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Program Manager to help lead the planning and delivery of high-impact programs designed to engage client audiences. This role brings together integrated marketing, content, communications, events and experience management, with responsibility for programs from initial strategy through execution and measurement.

The ideal candidate is a strong program manager who can translate stakeholder objectives into compelling audience experiences, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and confidently work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing programs, including experience management, content, integrated communications, delivery and value tracking.
  • Translate stakeholder objectives into clear program briefs, defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, KPIs and measures of success.
  • Manage program activities and workflows using internal planning and marketing platforms.
  • Plan and deliver event experiences, including session formats, engagement strategies, attendee acquisition, audience journeys and communications plans.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, agenda narratives, speaker enablement materials and key content assets.
  • Manage program milestones, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, budgets and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate production, rehearsals, onsite/day-of execution and post-event lead management and follow-up.
  • Apply audience segmentation and journey mapping to create cohesive experiences across digital communications, content and events.
  • Own program measurement, including attendance quality, engagement metrics, follow-up conversion and insights reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders, creative teams, production resources and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned programs.
  • Build and engage communities where relevant to support program objectives and ongoing audience engagement.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools, agents and workflow integrations to enhance marketing and communications processes and improve efficiency.
  • Where required, provide guidance and quality assurance to team members and lead event teams during onsite delivery.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated communications, client programs, experiential marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement and optimization.
  • Strong event and experience management background, including in-person, virtual and/or hybrid programs, production and onsite delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in large or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong content and communications capabilities, including messaging, storytelling, executive communications, presentations and speaker enablement.
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, budgets and competing priorities.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, journey planning and using engagement data and KPIs to evaluate program performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and attention to detail.
  • Experience in professional services or another complex B2B environment is an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, AI agents and workflow automation is an asset.
  • Experience leading teams or providing strategic direction and quality assurance is an asset.
