CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and attributes for success: 
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.  
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments. 

Qualifications: 
- Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the 
DoD or the Intelligence Community. 
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). 
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction. 
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources). 
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.  
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. 
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above. 
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
