Description
Moore Tulsa is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician in a temperature controlled environment.
Summary: Performing maintenance on all plant equipment including preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repair. Must know how to run machines. This job is probably 75% keeping the machinery running and 25% actual maintenance. Repair all breakdowns to get machinery back up and running as soon as possible.
Hours: 5am-5pm for dayshift or 5pm-5am for night shift. Rotating schedule: 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off. Overtime as needed.
Required DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee set up and run support of production equipment from a technical perspective
  • MUST have prior machinery experience
  • Lettershop Experience Preferred-This could range from sewing machines to printing presses and everything in between. Someone that likes to fix problems and can be creative and have an open mind
  • Ability to solve problems using partner resources such as equipment and parts suppliers
  • Ability to identify issues which are impeding efficient production and direct necessary adjustments
  • Ability to identify equipment issues both mechanical, electronic and software, troubleshoot and make both major and minor repairs as required
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals as needed to perform troubleshooting and perform required maintenance
  • Consistently support their tech team & supervisors in meeting daily production targets
  • Maintain, install, diagnose, fabricate and repair equipment in and around the plant. This includes but is not limited to: welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical.
  • Maintenance knowledge, conveyors.
  • Answer all maintenance calls around the plant during shift in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with immediate supervisor on any maintenance difficulties that may require supplementary work by additional maintenance workers.
  • Be watchful for any damage/necessary repairs on equipment in and around the facility.
  • Maintain work area clean, safe and sanitary.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
