Senior Corporate CounselOn-Site – St. Louis, MissouriLatitude is partnering with a global agriculture and food processing company to identify an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor for its U.S. operations. This is a highly visible, business-facing role that offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership, support strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact across the organization.The Senior Counsel will serve as the company's primary legal resource in the United States, providing practical, business-oriented counsel on a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts and transactions, employment matters, litigation management, regulatory and compliance issues, and other day-to-day legal needs affecting the U.S. business.
