You will be embedded within a cross-functional Agile development team focused on product quality. Agile teams consist of developers and product specialists collectively responsible for all stages of product development from design to validation of specific areas of the EMR.
About the Product:
Healthcare organizations in 29 countries use TrakCare and IntelliCare to support coordinated care across hospitals and care settings.
Built on the InterSystems HealthShare health informatics platform, these solutions provide a comprehensive patient record, secure access to information across care settings, interoperability with other systems, and real-time analytics to help clinicians improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute as a Quality Specialist in a cross-functional Agile development team, ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing.
- Develop automated scripts based on the end-user workflows to validate application functionality, usability, and quality of our healthcare software.
- Collaborate with other Agile teams on joint projects to advise and deliver work of high quality and caliber.
- Identify, document, investigate and articulate software defects within the application, and validate fixes.
- Create, maintain, and enhance a suite of automated regression test scripts.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in clinical, hospital operations, healthcare IT, Patient Administration System (PAS), or software testing role.
- Experience using, supporting, implementing, or testing EMR systems.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to learning new methodology, technologies and software products.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
Preferred:
- Experience in testing AI-enabled applications.
- Technical proficiency in at least 1 programming language.
- Qualifications and/or certifications in AI.

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

$92,000-$136,000 USD
