Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Project Manager for a full-time, onsite position in New York. The Project Manager will work directly with subcontractors and customers to support day-to-day operations and deliver energy savings projects in a timely and safe manner. The immediate project is located at Queens College in Queens.

Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
U.S. Citizen Or Permanent Resident REQUIRED
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Work Collaboratively With Staff REQUIRED
Strong Organizational Skills With Ability To Manage Projects From Inception To Close REQUIRED
Strong Customer Service Practices And Attention To Detail REQUIRED
Knowledge Of Spreadsheets, Project Management Programs, Word Processing, Presentation, Workflow And Program Tracking Tools REQUIRED
Ability To Work At Customer Sites REQUIRED
Preferred
Knowledge Of Energy-Saving Lighting, HVAC And Refrigeration Measures Preferred
CEM, CEA, LEED AP Or Another Relevant Industry Credential Is A Plus
