Job description

Columbus Park Golf Club, located in Chicago, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for afull-time Golf Course Mechanic! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range: $21.00- $27.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mowing equipment, maintenance vehicles, and power tools
  • Perform routine inspections, servicing, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, tires, and engine components
  • Assist with tool management and staff training on proper equipment care
  • Support the maintenance team by operating mowing equipment as needed
  • Ensure clean and safe work areas at all times
  • Help with fabrication, body repairs, and painting
  • Promote safety and follow best practices in all tasks
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in small engine repair and maintenance preferred
  • License: Must have a valid driver’s license
