Tennis Professional / Tennis Coach

Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club | Walpole, MA

Full-Time or Part-Time | Year-RoundPay: $37–$50/hour, based on experience and certifications

We're looking for a tennis pro who brings energy to every session, connects with players of all ages, and makes our courts the place members can't wait to get back to. Whether you're looking for a full-time home base or a part-time gig that fits your schedule, we've got a spot for you.

If you live and breathe tennis, hold your USPTA or USPTR certification, and know how to turn a nervous beginner or a competitive adult into a loyal, enthusiastic player - we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coach private and group lessons for juniors and adults at every level
  • Lead CMITA/DBH/USTA team practices, adult clinics, and Cardio Tennis
  • Run junior development programs, camps, and clinics that keep kids coming back
  • Track player progress and teach in ways that actually motivate people
  • Be a real presence in the club - build relationships, promote programs, create buzz
  • Help plan and run tournaments, social events, and racquet programs
  • Pitch in with pickleball programming when needed

WHAT YOU BRING

  • USPTA or USPTR certification required
  • Real experience coaching teams, clinics, and players of all ages
  • The kind of personality that makes members look forward to their lesson
  • Strong communication skills with both kids and adults
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
