Job description

Role : FileNet Administrator
Location : Des Moines, 3/2 hybrid
Type: 6 Month C2H
Conversion: Flexible, DoE and performance during contract term
Other: Not sponsoring at this time
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, and related technologies.
  • DataCap experience a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of database management, scripting, and network protocols is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software and related components.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
  • Training: Train and support end-users on FileNet functionalities and best practices.
