As a FileNet Systems Administrator you will provide complex operational support and problem resolution for the FileNet platform and associated infrastructure. You will consult with management, delivery teams and other IT partners on all aspects of platform change to ensure a positive Customer and Associate Experience. The purpose of your role in this position is to monitor, maintain and update the FileNet document management engine and associated infrastructure. You will work closely with project managers, delivery teams and production support to ensure the FileNet platform meets all agreed to service levels. This position reports to the Director ESPDS Document Management Technology.
The skills you bring include the ability to perform FileNet upgrades and migrations, efficiently and reliably install and configure Document components and services, troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly, create and use shell scripts effectively in the automation of systems tasks, serve as an on-call resource in support of the organization's service model, welcome, value and foster a climate that promotes and fully leverages team diversity, work in a highly matrixed environment, self-motivate with a healthy work ethic, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your work impacts the Fidelity Corporate Technology Group (CTG) which provides enterprise-wide functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Security with effective and efficient technology solutions and support. The Enterprise SharePoint and Document Services (ESPDS) group operates within the Compliance, Legal, Risk, Records Management and Security (CLRRS) division of CTG. The group's mission is to increase knowledge worker capacity, enhance associate experience and improve document management capability across the firm.
The expertise we're looking for includes a bachelor degree preferred, 4+ years of Linux/Unix systems administration experience, 2+ years of experience working with FileNet, PL/SQL knowledge is a plus, and Tomcat/tcserver and Jboss administration experience is also a plus.
