JOB SUMMARY:
Process required early disclosures for consumer real estate loans.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Produces accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system.
• Reviews documents for quality and regulatory requirements.
• Orders and reviews flood certifications for consumer real estate loans.
• Delivers early disclosures in the required timeframe.
• Reviews daily reports to monitor time constraints on new loans.
• Conducts weekly review of completed early disclosures for loan assignment.
• Conducts monthly review and notification of pre-qualification loans.
• Prepares revised disclosures for changed circumstances.
• Collects and updates e-sign acknowledgements.
• Performs departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow.
• Performs other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.

• Working understanding of the banking industry, regulations, policies and best practices
• Working knowledge of bank products, early disclosure documentation and regulatory requirements

• Problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor's Degree in relevant field (preferred)
• 1 - 3 years banking experience (preferred)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Constantly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators and fax machines.
• Availability to work during core banking hours (i.e. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Additional hours may be required, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasionally requires local travel including offsite training, meetings.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee regularly is required to lift up to 15 lbs. and occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, changing environment and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and written instructions, as well as verbal instructions or directions from their supervisor.
• Regularly remains in a stationary position.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
