Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology is responsible for providing care to patients undergoing a variety of procedures such as biopsies, kyphoplasties, and angiograms. The role involves working within procedural suites and pre/post bays, managing outpatient and inpatient cases with a focus on neuro experience and managing high acuity patients if necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ICU level care and moderate sedation
  • Manage art line and medication titration
  • Assist with interventional procedures such as neuro thrombectomies and aneurysm repairs

Requirements:

  • Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Experience with neuroradiology procedures
  • Proficiency in using Cerner EMR and Plum 360 IV pumps
