Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Day Shift (Epic System Conversion Backfill)

  • Schedule: 3x12 Days | 8-Week Short-Term Contract | 36 Hours Standard (Options for up to 48 hours per week may be available depending on system implementation needs).
  • Hiring Mechanism [AUTO OFFER]: Direct auto-offer positioning for candidate profiles that explicitly meet all technical EMR and documentation criteria.
  • Time-Off Restrictions [STRICT]: No Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed. The contract length is a condensed 8 weeks to provide critical stabilization during system migration, and the start date is completely firm.

    ⚠️ EMR HARDSTOP: Candidates must demonstrate active, verifiable experience using BOTH Epic AND Cerner EMR platforms within the last 5 years as either a core staff employee or travel contractor.

    • Recency Requirement: Must have active, hands-on clinical experience with Epic within the last 12 months.
    • Resume Layout Rule: Every single position documented in the candidate's work history must explicitly state the charting system used. If a previous employer utilized multiple EMR systems, precise dates must be provided to clarify exactly when each platform was active.
  • Licensure & Credentials: Active state RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Required Certifications [IN-HAND]:
    • Active AHA BLS
    • Active AHA ACLS (or ARC ALS)
    • Active AHA PALS (or ARC PALS) must all be active and fully documented at the time of submission.
  • Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); a Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) is preferred.

Clinical Scope Core Duties: Delivers coordinated emergency nursing care for high-acuity patient populations according to established emergency medicine standards and the nursing process.
