This position is structured to be fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect therapists with clients. You will have the flexibility to design your own work schedule to meet your clients' needs while adhering to our organization’s goals of providing outstanding mental health services. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize creativity in therapy techniques, tailoring interventions based on individual client goals and progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each session in compliance with organizational policies, including treatment plan updates and case notes.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, engaging with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.

As a member of the Wellmore team, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your work will directly impact individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. By employing a family therapy approach, you will help clients navigate their personal circumstances and improve their relational dynamics.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries and display sensitivity towards diverse client backgrounds.
• Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is essential.

• Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and knowledge of best practices in family therapy services.
• Experience with direct fee collection at the time of service is a plus.
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and managing virtual session logistics.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
