Job description

About the Role:
Need an Industrial Electrical Foreman. Person who can be onsite managing field personnel to ensure  jobs are being completed in a timely manner while following standard operating procedures. 
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE --- EXPERIENCE = $$$$** Apply for the job, we have a good group who have been with us and need a foreman to help run current and upcoming jobsites. 
The Foreman will lead a team of up to (3) apprentices and or a group of up to (10) electricians to plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment and maximize productivity.  
Daily Tasks:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects in industrial settings.
  • Manage electricians and apprentices.
  • Keep clean jobsite 
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
