Job description

Job Overview
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.
This intern will focus on improving SAP master data quality and governance across HUS manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include assessing material master data accuracy and consistency, developing standardized data quality metrics, benchmarking performance across sites, analyzing results, and recommending governance and continuous improvement strategies. The role provides exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering measurable business impact.
A Day In The Life

What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, materials management, planning, purchasing, or process improvement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, MRP, inventory management, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps and inconsistencies, document findings, and develop practical recommendations to improve data quality, planning, inventory management, and operational performance.

Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour ($46,800-$60,320 annualized equivalent).
