This role is conducted primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and comfort while delivering outstanding care to our clients. You'll have access to the latest technology and tools to facilitate therapy sessions, maintaining both efficiency and confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, gathering comprehensive information to inform individualized therapy plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups, considering each client’s unique needs and background.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques that align with current best practices and client goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring thorough documentation of treatments and progress notes.
• Regularly assess therapy outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using data-driven methods to enhance efficacy.
• Connect patients with valuable community resources and activities that promote their holistic well-being.
• Document clients' treatment plans, progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive care for patients, recommending additional services when appropriate.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your work will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independent licensure is required, specifically LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Proven ability to engage with clients effectively, utilizing evidence-based therapy models.
• Background in community outreach and resource coordination is a plus.
