  • Maintain thorough and organized clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals as part of multidisciplinary teams, participating in case discussions to streamline the delivery of comprehensive client care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, supervision sessions, and training events to stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population, individuals and families who often face barriers to mental health care, including underserved communities. Your role will encompass providing emotional support to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your empathetic approach will help create rapport with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance that promotes healing.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary between USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including access to dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice coverage.
