Job description

Coverage Needed:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, As early as 7:30 AM & as late as 4:30 PM to allow time for charting
  • Open Dates:
    • August: 8/17–8/21, 8/24–8/28, 8/31–9/4
    • September: 9/21–9/25, 9/28–10/2
    • October: 10/1–10/2, 10/5–10/9, 10/12–10/16, 10/19–10/23, 10/26–10/30
    • November: 11/16–11/20, 11/23–11/25
    • December: 12/21–12/23, 12/28–12/31

Clinical Details:

  • Setting: GI Outpatient
  • Procedures: 14 - 16 procedures per day, Colonoscopy’s and EGD’s – primarily for outpatient
  • Other Procedures: Upper GI Endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs laser), injections of varices, Esophageal dilation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (flexible), Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp
  • Support Staff: Dedicated staff of CRNA and RN in each room along with a tech
    • No midlevel support in outpatient setting
  • Other doctors typically on site

Requirements:

  • Must be Board Certified
  • Active ND License or IMLC LOQ required at time of submission
