Job description

Do you have a desire to help others who cannot help themselves? Griswold Care Pairing provides seniors or individuals with disabilities with the assistance they need to live in the place they love. If you have a heart of gold and are passionate about making a difference, we need YOU!!!

Griswold Care Pairing is a non-medical home care agency serving Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton, and Dorchester counties. We are currently seeking hourly caregivers for shifts throughout the Tri-County area. If you are professional, reliable, qualified, and passionate about caring for senior citizens or people with disabilities, let’s talk! 

Shifts Available:

  • Hollywood, Ravenel, and Meggett hourly caregivers are needed ASAP!!!
  • Shifts run anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours. 

Compensation:

  • Competitive Rates!

  • Clients are willing to pay anywhere from $19 to $26 per hour. 

  • Paid weekly, VIA check or direct deposit.

  • Choose the home care opportunities that suit you – Our coordinators let you know upfront the client’s needs and desired schedule.

  • Coordinators will work with you to refer you to the cases that meet your skill-set.

  • Flexible hours (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends) – You pick the days and the hours that meet your schedule.

  • Clients can be referred to you on a permanent or fill-in basis!

Duties Include:

Personal Care - Light Housekeeping - Companionship - Transportation and/or Errands - Safety Supervision - Independence Training - Lifting - Transfers (equipment provided, as needed)- Meal Prep- Med Reminders

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be compassionate, patient, and sympathetic towards others!

  • Desire to have a fulfilling career.

  • Clean background (ZERO tolerance policy).

  • Proof of 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon - TB Gold blood test. 

  • 4-5 References (Personal & Professional references)

  • Copies of Photo ID/Driver's license and Social Security Number

  • 10-Year Driving Record & Auto Insurance (if providing transportation)
