In this position you will be responsible for the following:
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties. Serve as administrative support to the Job Readiness Training Center (JRTC). Schedule consumers for JRTC orientation.
  • Enter data into the Master Payroll and KRONOS System.
  • Provide clerical support to the Center Manager regarding SCEIS sales and distribution transactions.
  • Monitor P-Card use, print revolving fund checks, maintain files related to the JRTC, Operate as Time Administrator.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Office Systems Technology (Secretarial Science) or Accounting and one year of clerical/accounting work experience;
  • or a High School diploma and three years of clerical accounting work experience. Ability to type 35 WPM.
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you.
Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Fleet Management.
