The Role:
As an advanced specialist in the finance sector, this role will oversee essential fiscal roadmaps, including budget management and detailed predictive modeling. This role will collaborate closely with broad stakeholders to analyze commercial outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide the analytical insights necessary to achieve sustainable growth and profit targets.
Your Contribution:
  • Lead Topline Performance Analysis. Own revenue, volume, price, mix, and market performance analysis; provide actionable insights on business drivers, risks, and opportunities to support growth and decision-making.
  • Coordinate planning processes with regards to data input, consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Consolidate and reconcile inputs from the markets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Partner with Category and Commercial Teams. Act as the finance business partner for assigned categories, supporting strategic planning, pricing, promotions, product launches, and investment decisions to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and performance reviews for category P&Ls; deliver clear variance analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to improve financial outcomes.
  • Provide analysis and strategy support on promotion spend to business partners.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to automate and streamline business analysis on gross to net spend.
  • Identify and implement improvements to make financial and operational reporting better, faster, and easier.

Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1. 5-7 years of progressive development in Finance with prior experience providing Financial Planning & Analysis support.
    2. Strong financial modeling skills;
    3. Experience in Category Finance/Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Sales Finance is an added plus.
    4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    5. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers.

Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 78,000 to 140,000
