Reyna's BBQ & Cocina is a locally-owned Texas-style barbecue restaurant serving up authentic South Texas flavor across the Rio Grande Valley. Summary
The Pitmaster is a multiple role position which includes handling raw brisket trimming, seasoning and smoking as well as prepping fresh salads, portioning prepped items, desserts, and daily scratch recipe items. The Pitmaster also ensures all kitchen dishes are washed and organized.
