Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is designed to cater specifically to athletes and active individuals seeking specialized rehabilitation services. As a physical therapist at Flexi Flow Rehab, you will join a team that values continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Work Environment

Located in the vibrant Miami Beach area, our rehabilitation facility features modern amenities tailored for effective patient therapy and rehabilitation. You will work onsite amid a team-oriented atmosphere alongside two other physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our daily operations are organized to foster collaboration and communication, ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and care. The core work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.
• Develop personalized care plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities aimed at enhancing patient mobility and function.
• Incorporate exercises and rehabilitation techniques that reduce dependency on prescription medications and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
• Inspire and motivate patients to maintain an active role in their recovery through education and appropriate rehabilitation exercises.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and documenting outcomes in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software like WebPT.
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance treatment efficacy and patient comfort.
• Continuously evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of treatment plans to track advancements and share findings with the team.
• Encourage patients to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance to support healthy lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate records of patient services, including assessments and treatment interventions, to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state Physical Therapist License without any board action or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in EMR software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care is essential, with a focus on rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Track record of implementing effective and evidence-based care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
