Flexi Flow Rehab is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, Illinois. This full-time position involves providing exceptional on-site care to our patients, supporting them through their journey to recovery and improved mobility. Flexi Flow Rehab is a cutting-edge sports medical facility characterized by a 5,000 square foot space designed to cater specifically to athletes and active individuals. Our overarching mission is to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services that enhance our patients' quality of life. We specialize in orthopedic outpatient care and pride ourselves on our team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), collaborating to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.

Work Environment

Our facility is designed to support a holistic approach to rehabilitation, featuring advanced therapeutic equipment and a diverse range of modalities to address our patients' needs. As a physical therapist at Flexi Flow Rehab, you will work in a supportive environment that values teamwork and innovation while delivering onsite home care services that are tailored to each patient's situation. You can expect a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the individual needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and independence.
• Incorporate non-surgical treatment options to reduce the reliance on prescription medications.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual capabilities and goals.
• Document patient care services meticulously to ensure accurate tracking of progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide cohesive care that aligns with each patient's treatment goals.
• Analyze treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Flexi Flow Rehab, our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and mobility impairments. We work closely with clients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring our strategies to fit their unique challenges and recovery objectives. Each patient's journey involves close monitoring of advancements and modifications to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient challenges and goals.
• Proven success in improving patient outcomes through holistic and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and paid time off.
