As a Physical Therapist at Flex Revive Solutions, you will work onsite in a bustling outpatient office, collaborating closely with a dedicated team consisting of two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our supportive team-based environment fosters professional growth and ensures that all staff members work synergistically to enhance patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs, goals, and functional abilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their health status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and education.
• Provide direct patient care, managing an average of 2-3 patients per hour, to enhance their recovery process.
• Implement rehabilitation strategies aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing the overall quality of life.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring accurate and effective communication across departments.
• Inspire patients to achieve their personal best during therapy, by motivating them to comply with recommended exercises and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate multidisciplinary approaches to patient care, ensuring cohesive treatment experiences.
• Monitor and analyze treatment outcomes to adjust care plans as necessary, continuously striving for improvements and excellence in care delivery.

Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals seeking to regain functionality and mobility after surgeries. The primary focus on orthopedic outpatient care requires the therapist to be adept at developing functional regimens tailored to enhance the recovery of each unique participant. We pride ourselves on minimizing the use of prescription medications by offering effective, non-surgical treatment options.

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State Physical Therapist License.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a solid understanding of various rehabilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT, to ensure efficient patient record management.

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized exercise and wellness programs.
• Previous experience in a team-oriented therapy setting is a plus.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualification.
