Job description

Job Title:

Inserting Operator

Contract Duration:

3 Months with potential to Extend or Convert

Pay Rate:

$18/hr

Location: 

 480 Crosspoint Parkway

Getzville, NY 14068

Work Hours:

37.50 Est. OT Hrs/Wk - Mon - Friday 6:30 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

Top 3 must-have hard skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Attention to quality and detail
  • Time management

Must haves: Production, manufacturing or retail experience

Nice to haves: 1+ years of mail production experience, troubleshooting machine issues

Disqualifiers:

Performance indicators: 1 on 1 check-ins and metrics

Best vs. average:

Day to Day Responsibilities of Role:

Inserting letters into envelopes using mail production equipment, focusing on quality that is in line with HIPAA standards. First day: Tour of the operations and facility, along with Centene University trainings and shadowing operators.

• Sub-contracting is not permitted.

• Contacting a hiring leader directly about a requisition or hiring need is not permitted.

• The terms of the Staffing Services Agreement with Centene govern all assignments through the Centene Flex Workforce Solutions Program. Posting Centene’s (or its subsidiaries’) names, logos, or branding on public-facing sites is strictly prohibited.

• All contractors must sign a Temporary Worker Acknowledgement which must then be uploaded into Beeline by the vendor during the background check acceptance.
