Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapists to join our esteemed team in Winchester, Virginia. This full-time position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The facility is designed to promote an inclusive and healing atmosphere conducive to patient care. Working hours consist of Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM, with Fridays allocated to a shorter day shift. This unique schedule allows for a better work-life balance while completing your commitments to patient care.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities utilizing standard physical therapy modalities.
• Providing consultations and education to patients and their caregivers to ensure a thorough understanding of treatment plans.
• Developing individualized plans of care based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating objective and subjective assessments tailored to patients’ unique needs.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation to track patient progress and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Actively participating in the quality improvement process, seeking to enhance both clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Engaging in program development and marketing strategies to promote the physical therapy services offered at our center.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and students to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Our physical therapists cater to a diverse patient population including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. This role requires the ability to adapt treatment approaches according to the unique needs of each age group and to collaborate with the broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. You will be integral in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current state Physical Therapist license.
• A Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Proven clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting, demonstrating the ability to manage complex cases.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role will be given preference. Prior experience with community outreach or patient education programs, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, will also enhance your application. Skills in patient assessment, therapeutic modalities, and treatment planning are crucial for success in this role.
