You will be responsible for transforming our warehouse into a high-throughput, accurate, and safe environment by automating processes and optimizing workflow.

Who We Are:

Established in 1989 Kings III is a growing, dynamic company. We're a six-time winner of DFW Top Workplaces and nationally as a USA Today Top Workplace in 2020-2025. We're on a mission for change - for our communities, our customers, and our company. If you see yourself as a builder and change agent, this is the right place for you.

More than 12% of our employees have been with the company for 10+ years, and an impressive 25% have been with us 5+ years. How do we do it? Here's what our employees say. We seek out creative employees who love opportunities for continuous learning and growth. We value innovation in not just our products, but the way we work, sell, and grow every day. We celebrate change and are always looking for ways to do things better!

What You'll Do:

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs (e.g., Dock-to-Stock time, Order Picking Accuracy, Perfect Order Rate, Inventory Turnover) using data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement - apply DMAIC principles to eliminate waste, optimize slotting, and enhance picking/packing workflows.
  • Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure >99% accuracy rates.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct audits/cycle counts, and reduce shrinkage by establishing, and adhering to, strict inventory control procedures/processes.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Enforce OSHA regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Work with procurement, logistics, and service teams to align warehouse operations with overall business goals, ensuring OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance.
  • Lead the integration of WMS/ERP upgrades, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live support.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
  • CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or similar professional certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience leading WMS or ERP implementation projects (e.g., HighJump, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles; certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
  • High proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting, and developing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel, WMS analytics).
  • Ability to manage, train, and coach warehouse employees, including during change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Supply chain and logistics best practices.
  • Systems integrations ERP/WMS.
  • Organizational and time management.
  • Inventory control and compliance standards.
  • Integrity and ethical judgment.
  • Adaptability and initiative.
  • Strong collaboration and communication.
