All Source Analyst - Mid LCAT: Mid
Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Hampton, Virginia / On-site
Office: U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command Required clearance: TS/SCI, ability to pass a polygraph Required education: Bachelor's degree or associates degree and four (4) years intelligence/analytic experience; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years. Six (6) years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or intelligence training in lieu of degree, with recent relevant experience within the last 2 years. Description: This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking a seeking a highly capable Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to support multi-discipline Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations across Air Combat Command (ACC) environments. This position is responsible for producing fused intelligence, supporting ISR collection and PED processes, and contributing to operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will integrate data across multiple intelligence disciplines, apply advanced analytical methodologies, and support real-world ISR operations while contributing to the continuous improvement of intelligence tradecraft, tools, and processes. This position directly supports mission-critical intelligence operations that inform national-level decision-making and enhance the United States' ability to anticipate and counter emerging threats. As an All-Source Analyst, your work will contribute to protecting vital interests, enabling operational success, and strengthening national security outcomes. Responsibilities * Produce single and multi-discipline, correlated and fused ISR intelligence products in response to validated requirements across multiple echelons. * Utilize databases, web-enabled tools, and analytical applications to generate timely and actionable intelligence products. * Develop high-quality intelligence products, assessments, and briefings for senior decision-makers * Apply structured analytic techniques and critical thinking methodologies in accordance with IC standards * Assist in development and execution of mission qualification training and certification programs for ISR personnel. Maintain documentation supporting training and mission readiness initiatives. * Conduct research, trend analysis, and pattern-of-life assessments related to assigned mission areas * Conduct ISR collection management activities using DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) tools and systems. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including collection managers, planners, and subject matter experts * Support intelligence planning, mission preparation, and operational assessments * Maintain awareness of emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments * Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures Required Experience: * Demonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft * Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information * Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences * Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment ABOUT NALLEY CONSULTING Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
