Flex Shift Team Member | Part-Time, Consistent Mini-Shifts

Chick-fil-A Groves

Our Flex Shift Team Member position is designed for people who want to work, but may not be looking for a traditional 6-8 hour shift. Whether you're a busy parent, grandparent, student, someone looking for a second job, or simply looking for another opportunity to earn extra income, Flex Shifts give you the ability to work shorter, consistent shifts with a predictable weekly schedule.

The idea is simple: choose the Flex Shift that works best for your life and work that same mini-shift each week.

Available Flex Shifts

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-11:00 AM
  • Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-5:00 PM
  • Monday-Saturday | 7:00 PM-11:00 PM

Availability of at least 4 days per week is required.

As a Flex Shift Team Member, you'll become part of our restaurant team and be trained to help us serve our guests with excellence during some of our most important parts of the day.

Depending on your position and training, responsibilities may include:

  • Serving and caring for guests
  • Preparing and fulfilling orders accurately
  • Supporting drive-thru or front counter operations
  • Preparing food and supporting kitchen operations
  • Stocking and maintaining clean work areas
  • Working with urgency during busy periods
  • Supporting fellow Team Members wherever needed
