Job Summary

Phoenix Integrated Security is looking for part-time security guards for our many locations. This role is responsible for checking in vehicles at the gate as they enter and leave, as well as monitoring the property and video surveillance. This Part-Time position is referred to as flex pool security guard. Flex Pool employees are on-call workers who are available to fulfill short-term employment needs within the Company. They are not on a fixed, regular schedule and may be engaged as needed to meet fluctuating work demands. This position reports to the On-Duty Supervisor. The Ideal candidate will have good communication and observational skills with an engaging personality and optimistic outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of vehicles in the lot
  • Monitoring and checking-in of vehicles coming in and out of the property
  • Maintaining good communication of all details and findings
  • Ensuring peak organizational operations and providing preventative measures by identifying issues
  • Reporting to management, the customer, and third-party vendors, audit findings, and actions that are taken to resolve
