Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Stryker Programs to include the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a growing team of program finance analysts in support of US Operations and Stryker Vehicles line of business
  • Train team to support USG reporting requirements, compliance, and metrics
  • Support team in preparation of contract EACs
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual audit deliverables to external auditors
  • Review, analyze, and consolidate monthly Orders, Revenue, and Cash forecasts with variances
  • Support customer meetings
  • Work cross functionally to improve processes across the division

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is required.  Accounting or Finance majors preferred
  • 10+ year experience
  • Aptitude to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • 100% onsite
