Job description

Baystate Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Flex team in Westfield, MA
The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides critical staffing support across multiple inpatient and specialty units, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Float Pool RNs will work in the following areas:
  • Medical/Surgical Telemetry
  • Intermediate Care (IMC)
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Rehabilitation
This role is ideal for nurses seeking diverse clinical experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
  • Location: Baystate Noble Hospital - Westfield, MA
  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours per week
  • Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Rotating holidays

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Massachusetts
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
  • Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination
