The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of behavioral and psychiatric conditions and be able to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs; advocate for additional services as necessary in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring clients receive appropriate resources tailored to their individual circumstances.
- Regularly meet with leadership to review cases, discuss clinical challenges, and address staff concerns, fostering a transparent communication environment that drives quality care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the behavioral health therapy team by assigning tasks, mentoring staff, and conducting performance evaluations in line with organizational standards.
- Maintain detailed clinical records, tracking and reporting productivity in accordance with established guidelines, contributing to program metrics and quality assurance initiatives.
- Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs, utilizing feedback to refine therapy practices.
- Provide training and development support to enhance staff competencies through annual training needs assessments.
The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center serves a wide-ranging clientele, including individuals facing behavioral and psychiatric issues. Qualifications- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
- Successful candidates must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting, such as primary or specialty care, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with healthcare professionals, community social service providers, and clients from various backgrounds.
- This role requires travel to various CHDC sites for meetings, off-site retreats, and community outreach functions.
- A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients with behavioral and psychiatric conditions is required.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting, utilizing a collaborative approach to deliver comprehensive care.
The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
